Currently, Kaitlynn works as the Audio Producer at education tech company Lexia Learning. Her passion for audio in general led her to where she is today.

At Lexia Kaitlynn manages the audio pipeline from initiation to release (and beyond) for the company’s flagship product Core5, along with Powerup, and an unannounced project. Her tasks include all communications around audio for all products! This ranges from regular communications/scheduling with external vendors, to multi-year audio roadmap planning per project.

Before Lexia, Kaitlynn worked at multiple video game studios in the Boston area. You can hear her work as Audio Lead in VirZOOM’s VR fitness games including VZFit, along with her sound design work on Plaor’s Facebook and Mobile game, MegaFame Casino. She has also contracted as a sound designer on Word Search Hero.

Kaitlynn studied at The New England Institute of Art in Boston Massachusetts where she meshed her love of video games and audio together. At NEIA, she earned a Bachelor’s in Audio Media & Technology. While in school, Kaitlynn interned at Rumblestrip Studios in Brookline, MA and Harmonix Music Systems in Cambridge, MA. Kaitlynn entered the field with knowledge of commercial and video game audio.

Kaitlynn has been credited on the Xbox Kinect game, Dance Central 2 and Dance Central 3. Kaitlynn has also created multiple flash games, all including her own music, and sound effect
